“Cody Costello and his team are absolutely phenomenal. This was my first home buying experience, and it was a rough one. We were under contract 3 times before finally making it to close. I met with Cody back in February of 2025 and he stated that he was interested in serving us and our needs. At no point through all of this did he ever demonstrate any ill intentions against that. I never felt like Cody was trying to push us to close to cash an easy check, or pretend like he knew more than he did. Cody helped me build my real estate team and whenever we encountered unique or unusual situations he knew where to go to find the answers we needed (roofers, handymen, exterminators, inspectors, etc.). On multiple occasions he went above and beyond; taking calls and writing contracts on vacation, over the weekend, and even collaborating with me over incoming weather that could delay things. even after close we had some insurance and plumbing issues. Cody did not hesitate to assist me in finding the documents we needed, even though this brought him no profit. When we fell out of contract due to issues from the sellers, Cody had the utmost empathy, and I truly believe he felt our pain. It didn't feel like he was concerned about the sale falling out, but more so that he was concerned about the mental toll we took. His co-worker Tyler was also phenomenal to work with. Available all the time for walkthroughs, always on time, always prepared, and knowledgeable. We even ran into some weird situations where tenants were still in the house during the viewing and he was friendly and sociable. When we went to close on the second house the appraiser called out some things that needed to be corrected. Tyler showed up on a Saturday, tools in hand, ready to fix them with a smile on his face. I did not have the opportunity to work with Maegen much, but through email and text correspondence she was always punctual and patient with me. There were several times I probably made her job a little harder due to other issues I had to handle, but she never let it show and was always friendly with me. My family went through a lot of heartbreak and obstacles that easily could have knocked us out of the market, but this team stood by us and we all carried that pain together. A google review just can't do the justice for what these three deserve. If you are a first-time home buyer, or a returning buyer, I highly recommend these guys. I know personally I will be returning whenever I go to purchase my next home.”
