All his subcontractors were professional, the inspector found several issues which saved us around 10k in repairs on a perfect looking home. We had trouble financing the 65k boat slip, Bob found us the perfect Lender at Table Rock Community Bank. His real estate team, particularly Maegen, handeled all my questions(many of which took research), with care and haste. The closing process was smooth, they always responded in a timely fashion.
