I was living out of state throughout the entire buying journey, and it would have been nearly impossible to navigate a completely new city and unfamiliar real estate market without Cody's extensive knowledge and relentless work ethic.

The home-buying process began in December 2024, and the official closing didn’t take place until the end of May. It was a long journey filled with numerous showings, a tremendous amount of hard work, significant time investment, and plenty of questions along the way.
